Return & Refund Policy
Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our premium gourmet items, exotic vegetables, and imported cheeses, we cannot accept returns once the product has been accepted at delivery. Please inspect your items at the time of delivery before handing over the cash payment.
Damaged or Spoiled Items
If an item is damaged or spoiled upon arrival, simply refuse it during the COD delivery. If you notice an issue immediately after delivery, contact us within 2 hours at +91 7415514100 with a photograph, and we will issue a replacement or store credit.
