1. Introduction
Welcome to CGS Continental Gourmet Store. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Description
Continental Gourmet Store provides premium exotic vegetables and imported gourmet groceries for delivery in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
3. Ordering and Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout upon delivery.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are strictly limited to the Indore city area. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed for delivery outside our serviceable areas.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are out for delivery. Once the delivery agent has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
